You agree to notify jilligame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jilligame will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
jilligame may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All games on jilligame that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by jilligame or any third party.
Each game available on jilligame is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jilligame reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's account. jilligame's decision in such matters is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
jilligame is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power failure, or other connectivity issues on the Player's side. Where a game session is interrupted, jilligame's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilligame and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

jilligame's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilligame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
jilligame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on jilligame, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.
jilligame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of jilligame following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jilligame, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilligame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
